Finally i found a new trick for free gprs usage in reliance gsm.Allreliance gsm customers can use free gprs by making their default connection settings as follows:
Account name = rwap
Home page = google.co.in
IP adress = 97.253.29.199
Port = 8080
APN = SMARTWAP
Note : APN mus be in capital letter
